Egg Roll in a Bowl
This is something I have seen a lot of on Pinterest and after doing some research I came up with my own version. It is super easy and quick to make but the taste is unbelievable. It is also very versatile and can be made healthier if that what you are looking for.
In a large skillet brown off 1 lb pork sausage/you can also use either ground chicken or turkey to make this lower in fat. Once the meat starts to brown add 1/2 onion grated, 2 stalks of celery finely chopped and 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger. At this point the smell will be fantastic:)
Once the meat is well browned add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil optional but I like the flavor. Then add 1 package of cabbage slaw mix and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat until cabbage is cooked down.
Taste and add more soy if needed also sprinkle with about 1 tsp sesame seeds. Serve with 3 Sliced green onions, wonton strips and sweet chilli sauce. Enjoy!

1 tbsp fresh Ginger grated/ I guess if you don’t have this you could used powered but I am not sure how much? I would start with 1 tsp and go from there.
2 stalks of Celery finely chopped

1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Sesame seeds
Toppings
3 sliced green Onion
Wonton strips
Sweet Chilli sauce
