Quiche Lorraine

This is one of my favorite French Dishes. If you use a pre made pie crust this takes no time at all to put together for a super yummy meal.

First start by either making or prepping your favorite pie crust in the quiche pan or pie dish. I used a butter pie crust I will be sharing as well. Preheat oven to 350.

In a large skillet fry 5 pieces of bacon until crisp. Set bacon aside on a plate with a paper towel. Pour off all but about 1 tbsp bacon grease.

In the pan with the bacon grease add 4-5 sliced green onion and cook until browned. Add to bacon on plate.

In a large bowl add 3 beaten eggs and then 1 1/2 cups Milk. Add 1/4 tsp Salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Mix well.

In another small bowl add 1 1/2 Cup your favorite cheese. I used Colby Jack. Mix in 1 tbsp flour to coat the shredded cheese.

Pour cheese into egg mixture then add the crumbled bacon and green onions. Mix well

Pour into the pie crust and bake for about 45 minutes until brown. Enjoy!
