Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, and extra virgin olive oil. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour in the red wine vinegar and lemon juice, whisking vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, grated Parmesan cheese, and dried basil. Blend well.
