Preparation Steps
- Start by cleaning your fresh mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Trim the stems for uniformity.
- In a large bowl, toss the cleaned mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Set your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully arrange the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- After cooking, pause to check the doneness of your crispy mushrooms.
- Once cooked to your liking, remove them from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.
