Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice into thin, uniform ⅛-inch rounds.
  2. Soak the sweet potato slices in cold water for about 30 minutes (optional) and then pat dry.
  3. Toss the sweet potato slices in olive oil and add the seasonings, mixing well.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Air fry the sweet potato slices for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Transfer the chips to a wire rack to cool before serving.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
