Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon two-tablespoon mounds of shredded cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced at least two inches apart.
- Place a slice of pepperoni atop each cheese mound, optionally adding chopped pieces or other enhancements.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is golden brown and edges are crisp.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes to become crispy.
- Lift chips from the tray and serve on a platter with dips like marinara or ranch.
