- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla without soaking them.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauced tortillas.
- Add your favorite toppings lightly on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt over the topped tortillas.
- Cut the tortillas into triangles, aiming for about 6–8 pieces each.
- Arrange the cut chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
