  4. Cube the pressed tofu into ½-inch cubes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan until it reaches 350°F.
  6. Coat the tofu cubes in corn starch in a resealable bag.
  7. Fry the tofu in batches for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle the fried tofu with salt and serve with sweet chili sauce.
