Rolling
- Take a zucchini strip and place about 2 tablespoons of filling at one end, rolling securely.
- Use a toothpick to secure the roll if necessary.
Cooking
- For air frying, preheat to 375°F and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- For baking, preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 18-22 minutes until crisp.
