Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Stir in taco seasoning mixed with water, then simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  2. While the beef is cooking, heat the refried beans in the microwave or a skillet for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Layer tortilla chips, followed by refried beans, seasoned beef, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese, and top with jalapeño and red onion.
