Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to low broil and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Split the submarine rolls lengthwise and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  3. Combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and kosher salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  4. Apply the garlic butter mixture to the cut sides of the rolls with a pastry brush.
  5. Broil the rolls for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While toasting, finely dice the pulled pork, ham, dill pickles, and Swiss cheese, then mix them with yellow mustard.
  7. Fill each toasted roll with the mixed filling.
  8. Serve immediately, optionally with chips or a light salad.
