Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to low broil (about 500°F). Slice the submarine rolls lengthwise while keeping them connected.
- In a small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of melted butter with 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Brush the garlic butter onto the cut sides of the rolls.
- Place the rolled cut side up on a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
