Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to low broil (about 500°F). Slice the submarine rolls lengthwise while keeping them connected.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of melted butter with 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Brush the garlic butter onto the cut sides of the rolls.
  3. Place the rolled cut side up on a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of pulled pork, ½ cup of sliced ham, ¼ cup of diced pickles, 1 cup of Swiss cheese, and 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard. Stir until combined.
