- Transfer the melted cheese and yogurt mix to a mixing bowl. Add almond flour and the large egg. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Dust a clean surface with almond flour and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until smooth and pliable.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a circle 10-12 inches in diameter and about ¼ inch thick.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and firm.
- Add your favorite toppings and return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
