Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak the glass noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrot, onion, green onion, and garlic. Mix well.
  3. Add the drained glass noodles to the bowl with vegetables and mix in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper.
  4. Lay a sheet of nori on a clean surface, add filling, and roll tightly.
  5. Brush the edges of the rolls with beaten egg to seal them.
  6. Fry the rolls in hot vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels, cut into bite-sized pieces, and serve warm.
