Instructions for Stuffed Shells
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1.5-quart baking dish.
- In boiling salted water, cook pasta shells for 8-9 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Combine shredded turkey, mashed potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, and half the cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread ¾ cup of gravy on the bottom of the greased dish.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the mixture and place in the dish.
- Drizzle remaining gravy and sprinkle leftover cheese over shells.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
