- In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of ranch dressing with 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning, mixing until well blended.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add 8 ounces of rotini pasta, and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta with the dressing and toss gently.
- Chop and add 1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes, 1 diced green bell pepper, 1 diced red bell pepper, ½ cup of chopped red onion, 1 can of black beans, and 1 cup of corn.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
