Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the salmon.
  3. Place the marinated salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable. Remove and flatten them.
  5. Fill each wrapper with noodles, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, mint, cilantro, and flaked salmon. Don't overfill.
  6. Roll tightly from the bottom, folding in the sides as you go. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  7. Brush each roll with vegetable oil and place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for another 8-10 minutes.
  8. Let the rolls cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
