Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Peel and finely mince 3–4 cloves of fresh garlic.

  3. Finely chop a handful of fresh parsley and stir it into the garlic mixture.
  4. Let the Amogio sauce sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
  5. Give your Amogio sauce a final stir and it is ready to serve.
