  • 2 cups Berries Any favorite berries can be used.
  • 1 cup Zucchini Adds moisture.
  • 1 cup Carrot Alternatively, use more zucchini.
Optional Add-Ins
  • ½ cup Coconut Cream Adjust to taste, or use applesauce for moisture.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and chop apples, berries, zucchini, and carrot into smaller pieces. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add coconut cream to the puree and blend until fully mixed.
  3. Prepare dehydrator sheets or baking tray. Pour and spread the mixture evenly to about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Set dehydrator to 135°F and dehydrate for 6-9 hours.
  5. Remove and cool for 30 minutes. Peel off sheets and cut into strips or squares.
  6. Store in an airtight container or wrap in parchment paper.
