  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced flank steak with soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir well to ensure the beef is fully coated. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Once shimmering, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
