- In a mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced flank steak with soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil, then the marinated beef. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining vegetable oil. Sauté sliced onions and bell peppers for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the minced garlic and broccoli, stirring for another 2-3 minutes.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet, add oyster sauce and drizzle with sesame oil. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
