Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté with half the seasoning for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the rice, ensuring it is well-coated. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
  4. Toss the shrimp in the remaining spice blend until thoroughly coated.
  5. Once the rice is cooked, fold in the shrimp and kielbasa. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes until shrimp is pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from heat, stir gently, and serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
