Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Place about ½ tablespoon of cookie dough into each greased muffin cup and flatten gently.

  5. Allow cookies to cool in pans for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  7. Adjust frosting consistency by gradually adding milk, then mix in green food coloring.
