  • 1 lb Ground Beef Can substitute with ground turkey or sausage.
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Garlic powder can be used.
  • 1 medium Onion Optional, adds sweetness.
For Toppings
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Double the amount for extra cheesiness.
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Optional.
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust for spice preference.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Combine the frozen tortellini, Alfredo sauce, traditional pasta sauce, and softened cream cheese in the crockpot. Mix gently until tortellini is coated.
  2. Add the cooked ground beef and minced garlic. Stir well, and add onion if desired.
  3. Stir again until all ingredients are well-combined.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the tortellini is tender.
  5. Once cooked, check for tenderness and serve hot, topped with mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes.
