- Combine the frozen tortellini, Alfredo sauce, traditional pasta sauce, and softened cream cheese in the crockpot. Mix gently until tortellini is coated.
- Add the cooked ground beef and minced garlic. Stir well, and add onion if desired.
- Stir again until all ingredients are well-combined.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the tortellini is tender.
- Once cooked, check for tenderness and serve hot, topped with mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes.
