Dough Preparation and Baking
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and honey or sugar. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes.
- Gradually stir in flour, salt, and olive oil until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently for about 5 minutes.
- Shape the kneaded dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl covered with a towel.
- Let the dough rise in a warm area until doubled in size, approximately 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Punch down the risen dough and divide it among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Top each muffin with minced garlic, fresh rosemary, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before serving warm.
