- Boil salted water in a pot, add pasta, and cook until al dente for about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Combine roasted tomatoes with drained pasta and mix in reserved pasta water gradually.
- Stir in fresh basil, Parmesan cheese, and balsamic vinegar, mixing well.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra basil and Parmesan.
