- On a sheet of plastic wrap, evenly sprinkle a generous layer of everything bagel seasoning. Place thinly sliced smoked salmon on top, forming a neat rectangle.
- In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, scallions, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth and creamy. Spread the filling evenly over the salmon.
- Position strips of avocado and cucumber matchsticks along the bottom edge of the salmon. Leave space at the sides for rolling.
- Using the plastic wrap as a guide, gently roll the salmon away from you, applying pressure to ensure tightness. Twist the ends of the wrap to secure.
