Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. On a sheet of plastic wrap, evenly sprinkle a generous layer of everything bagel seasoning. Place thinly sliced smoked salmon on top, forming a neat rectangle.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, scallions, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth and creamy. Spread the filling evenly over the salmon.
  3. Position strips of avocado and cucumber matchsticks along the bottom edge of the salmon. Leave space at the sides for rolling.
  4. Using the plastic wrap as a guide, gently roll the salmon away from you, applying pressure to ensure tightness. Twist the ends of the wrap to secure.
  5. Chill the wrapped roll in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. After chilling, slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.
