Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- In a large skillet, pour in a tablespoon of olive oil and warm it over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the hot skillet, stirring them gently to coat with the olive oil. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Once the mushrooms are browned, stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Fold in the fresh spinach, mixing it with the mushroom and garlic combination. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the spinach wilts down.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza crust to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the sautéed mushroom and spinach mixture evenly over the prepared crust, then crumble goat cheese and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle the balsamic glaze over the hot pizza.
- If desired, add fresh basil leaves on top.
- Finally, slice your pizza into desired portions and serve warm.

Notes
For a crispy crust, bake directly on a pizza stone or preheated baking sheet. Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
