Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a large skillet, pour in a tablespoon of olive oil and warm it over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the hot skillet, stirring them gently to coat with the olive oil. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Once the mushrooms are browned, stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  5. Fold in the fresh spinach, mixing it with the mushroom and garlic combination. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the spinach wilts down.
  6. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza crust to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  7. Spread the sautéed mushroom and spinach mixture evenly over the prepared crust, then crumble goat cheese and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Once out of the oven, drizzle the balsamic glaze over the hot pizza.
  10. If desired, add fresh basil leaves on top.
  11. Finally, slice your pizza into desired portions and serve warm.
