Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Peel bananas and slice them into 1-inch thick rounds. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Dollop peanut butter on top of each banana slice and stack another slice on top to form sandwiches.
  3. Freeze the banana sandwiches for about 1 hour until firm.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Coat each frozen banana sandwich in melted chocolate and place back on the parchment sheet.
  6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and a pinch of sea salt on the chocolate-coated bites while still melty.
  7. Return to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes until chocolate hardens.
