- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ideally around 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the fresh clams thoroughly under cold running water to remove any sand and grit.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully place the clams on the preheated grill, cup side down, and grill for about 5-7 minutes.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the clams as they grill.
- Once fully opened, remove the clams from the grill and discard any that haven’t opened. Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges.
