Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F, and clean the grates.
  2. Mix the softened butter with parsley, dill, chives, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Pat the trout fillets dry, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the trout skin-side down on the grill, and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving.
  5. Flip the trout and grill for another 3-4 minutes until it flakes easily.
  6. Spoon the herb butter over each fillet in the last minute of cooking.
  7. Remove from the grill, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve with lemon wedges.
