Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and sauté the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté for 3-5 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in ground cumin and taco seasoning, then add chicken broth, salsa verde, green chilies, and white beans. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, top with Fritos and cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
