Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the ramekins with cooking spray.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan, add cauliflower florets with salt and black pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in ½ cup of water and steam for about 10 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
  4. Blend the steamed cauliflower with 2 tablespoons of dried parsley, ½ cup of whole milk, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 3 large eggs until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
