Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash 2-3 ripe bananas until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add 2 eggs, ⅓ cup of maple syrup, ½ cup of Greek yogurt, and ¼ cup of melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth.
  4. Sift in ½ cup of dark cocoa powder, 1 cup of oat flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, ¼ teaspoon of sea salt, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Fold gently.
  5. Fold in ½ cup of dark chocolate chips or nuts until evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Remove from oven and cool in the pan for 20-30 minutes before cutting into squares.
