Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two 8-inch round cake pans by greasing them and lining with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, instant vanilla pudding mix, egg whites, milk, sour cream, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Divide the batter between two bowls, adding green food coloring to one and purple to the other. Pour into prepared cake pans and bake for 28-30 minutes.
  4. While the cakes cool, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
  5. In jars or cups, layer green cake cubes, Oreos, cream filling, purple cake cubes, more Oreos, and finish with cream filling.
  6. Chill before serving, or enjoy immediately. Store tightly covered in the fridge.
