- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, lemon zest and juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Layer half of the cubed bread, followed by half of the blueberries, and half of the custard mixture in the prepared baking dish. Repeat layers.
- Cover the dish tightly and refrigerate for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
- Uncover and bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving warm, optionally drizzled with syrup or dusted with sugar.
