Step-by-Step Instructions for Cinnamon Apple Fritter Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together ½ cup of unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add 2 large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Gradually add this to the butter mixture, alternating with ½ cup of milk.
  5. Fold in 1½ cups of chopped apples to the batter until evenly distributed.
