  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh garlic preferred
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated Can substitute with mozzarella or Italian cheese blend
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Fresh basil or oregano as alternatives
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth, low-sodium Vegetable broth as vegetarian option
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stir in Italian seasoning, and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley, if desired.
