Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and cutting your stew beef into small, bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef pieces and brown for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat and add chopped onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes, allowing flavors to deepen.
  5. Pour in water and broth, then sprinkle in bouillon powder and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in peanut butter and cook for an additional 2-5 minutes until stew thickens.
