  1. Prepare the Ricotta Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Create the Sauce Layer: Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. Layer the Ravioli and Meat: Place half of the frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce, then add half of the cooked ground meat.
  4. Add the Ricotta Mixture: Spoon half of the ricotta mixture over the meat, then top with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Repeat the Layering Process: Add another cup of marinara sauce, the remaining ravioli, the rest of the cooked meat, and top with marinara and remaining cheeses.
  6. Cook in the Crockpot: Cover and set to low for 4 to 6 hours until ravioli is tender and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let it Set Before Serving: Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving, optionally garnish with fresh basil.
