Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut day-old croissants into 1-inch pieces and layer them in the greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle diced ham over the croissant layer, then add layers of shredded Swiss and cheddar cheese.
  4. Whisk eggs until frothy, then blend in milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
