Preparation

  3. Lay the flank steak slices on a cutting board, add the filling, roll tightly, and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
  4. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil and sear the braciole until browned on all sides.
  5. Cover the braciole with marinara sauce, cover the skillet, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, slice, and garnish with fresh basil.
