Preparation Steps

  2. Once the chia pudding has thickened, blend the pink dragon fruit until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  3. Mix in the dragon fruit puree into the chia pudding until fully incorporated.
  4. Blend the ripe mango until smooth.
  5. Layer the pudding in serving cups: start with chia mixture, add mango puree, and optional yogurt. Repeat layers.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
