- Gently fold in the sliced ripe peaches into the creamy dressing using a spatula.
- In a separate small bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, chopped pecans (or sunflower seeds), and brown sugar. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Spoon the peach mixture into a large serving bowl, spreading it out for even distribution.
