Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, whole milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
  3. Cut the brioche bread into cubes and add them to the custard mixture. Toss gently to coat and soak for 10 minutes.
  4. Grease a 12x8 inch baking dish and pour the bread mixture evenly into it.
  5. Sprinkle optional chocolate chips on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes and drizzle with remaining sweetened condensed milk before serving.
