- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, whole milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Cut the brioche bread into cubes and add them to the custard mixture. Toss gently to coat and soak for 10 minutes.
- Grease a 12x8 inch baking dish and pour the bread mixture evenly into it.
