Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine diced cherry tomatoes, freshly chopped basil, finely chopped red onion, and minced garlic. Drizzle in balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Fold in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the creamy cheese mixture evenly across the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Spoon the flavored tomato mixture over the creamy layer and spread it out evenly.
  6. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices, crunchy crackers, or fresh veggie sticks.
