  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil Optional but recommended.
  • ½ cup Chopped Peanuts For added crunch.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the crushed mini pretzels and creamy peanut butter, stirring well to coat the pretzels.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the pretzel and peanut butter blend, folding gently until fully coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form clusters approximately the size of golf balls.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt flakes on each cluster if desired.
  7. Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up the clusters.
  8. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
