Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spritz with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt ½ cup of unsalted butter over medium-low heat. Stir in 1 cup of creamy peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Pour in 15 ounces of marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and glossy.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly.
  7. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes, then lift out and slice into bars.
