- Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spritz with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan, melt ½ cup of unsalted butter over medium-low heat. Stir in 1 cup of creamy peanut butter until smooth.
- Pour in 15 ounces of marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and glossy.
- Remove from heat, stir in 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
- Fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly.
- Allow to cool for about 30 minutes, then lift out and slice into bars.
