  • ¼ cup Extra Parmesan Cheese Sprinkle on top before baking.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about ⅛ inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese, rosemary, and garlic powder over the pastry.
  4. Fold the pastry in half, encasing the cheese and herbs, and roll it out again.
  5. Cut the folded pastry into strips approximately ½ inch wide and twist each strip as you place it down.
  6. Arrange the twisted straws on the baking sheet, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and black pepper.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Let cool slightly on the baking sheet, then serve warm.
