Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Wrap the salted zoodles in a paper towel and squeeze to remove excess moisture.
  3. Lightly spray a baking sheet and form six small nests from the zoodles with wells for the eggs.
  4. Crack one egg into each nest, add seasoning, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 6-8 minutes until egg whites are set and yolks are slightly runny.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving; garnish with herbs if desired.
